Some people thought with many reasons that quitting smoking is a hard thing to do.  The reasons can be classified to three different kinds of reasons.  They are practical reasons, psychological reasons, and medical reasons.  One or more of those reasons need to be understood to transform the whole plan that might be failed into a great success.

The reason that lies in medical condition is related to the chemical work of the nicotine in tobacco.  The tobacco became an addictive chemical because there’s connection between smoker’s brain and nicotine.  Nicotine makes the brain being very dependant to it.  Whenever the smoker wants to stop to smoke it’ll soon crave for cigars because the brain shows its protest using the body.  Thus, nicotine addiction is the most severe reason why quitting smoking becomes very difficult.  Therefore many people even smoking harder after they failed to quit smoking.

Some people are afraid of the unknown feeling for certain state.  And the state of without smoking is the psychological reason why people afraid to quit smoking.  The reason also being distincted by some people telling others that they failed quitting smoking.  Thus, them who haven’t try will already feel failed before even try.

Environments are the key factor on how success an individual to quit smoking.  This is the kind of practical reason why people so hard to quit smoking.  As we all know environment has the biggest impact on one’s life in it

Thus the effective way to quit smoking are as follows :

-       Use nicotine replacement products.  This is the most effective ways because you can overcome your nicotine addiction which is the most severe reason in quitting smoking and stop smoking.  All you need to do is reducing your usage on the replacement products and then you’ll be in no need of the nicotine.

-       Stay at the non-smoking environment.  Environment always be the good support for you doing something hard.  So stay at the positive environment.

-       Prepare your mental health for what coming after the quitting.  Joining the counselling and quitting smoking programs to help you enjoy the new state without smoking.

Never think quitting smoking as a burden.  Blank your brain.  Just stop smoking and stop thinking that you’re a heavy smoker and one day you’ll be stop smoking completely.
